Blooming Flowers

Let’s face it. There’s a lot going on in the world to feel anxious or worried about. On top of that, you’re navigating your personal life, which is inherently full of challenges.
Nobody goes through life without experiencing some kind of hardship. And we are all being challenged right now.
Therapy helps you learn to be present in the moment and to respond versus react to your life. As a result, you can better manage your overwhelming emotions and move beyond anxiety and depression.

Relationships can be one of life's most challenging and rewarding experiences.
In an intimate relationship, you inherently value being in a partnership. You long for connection and closeness, yet the risk of conflict can be overwhelming. There are also other types of relationships that can be just as overwhelming-friendships, family and professional relationship to name a few.
Therapy can help you navigate your love life, and all other types of relationships to address communication, boundaries, co-dependence, anxiety, verbal or physical abuse, and attachment issues.

There are a number of other clinical issues that my practice is able to support.  As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I have experience supporting individuals with trauma.  I also have experience supporting individuals with school/career issues, grief and loss, and other life changes.
